LIMITED WARRANTY
UV PRO®, LLC is proud to stand behind the quality and efficacious design of our patent-pending deodorizer and sanitizer. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) year from the date of original purchase. UV PRO® warrants this UV technology and wiring to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. If this product is determined to be defective, UV PRO®, LLC will replace the product at no charge. The purchaser must return the product along with the original proof of purchase to UV PRO®, LLC address below for replacement.

This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or attempted repair by anyone other than manufacturer. This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt, which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.

All returns should be sent to UV PRO®, LLC. Send only the Product and proof of purchase to the address above. You can also contact our Customer Service Dept. at 1.877.338.8776, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary.
